Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo has been published as a writer and also a performer. She had a successful career acting in TV, beginning with soaps that aired on the daytime One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in the Bronx area of New York) is an American actor and a singer. Navedo started her career as an actor in soap operas for daytime TV. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap show One Life to Live. In 1999 she joined the crew of the CBS soap opera Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her first film appearance was a role in Girl 6 in 1996. Later, she appeared on the shows New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo was a recurring character on the NBC Crime series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. He starred later as a character in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo appeared in a number of movies including El Cantante (The Cantante) and Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 to 2013. Superfast! was her first film. The parody film of The Fast and the Furious series was released in 2015. Navedo began her career as an actor in soap operas that aired during daytime. Between 1995 and 1997, she played Linda Soto on ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. In 1999, she was Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap drama Guiding Light. The actress made her debut in the world of film by appearing in Girl 6 (1996), and went on to guest on New York Undercover and The District. Navedo was the lead in Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001.
